- Open the Calendar (https://outlook.office.com/calendar/view/week)
- Find the Calendar you would like to share. (Or make a new one)
- Select the ellipsis (3 dots)
- Choose "Sharing and permissions"

- Enter the email address or name of a person
- Select the desired individual from the dropdown (unrecognized email addresses will not include the persons name)

- Provide the added person the desired permissions for the calendar
- Select the dropdown and choose the permission level
- Select 'Share' to complete the process and send the sharing invitation email
- Repeat steps 5-9 and to add additional people (to add or edit sharing and permissions a later time start at step 3.


- Lauch the Outlook App on your computer
- The App will open to Email
- Open the calendar (the icons will be in the bottom left, and appear horizontal or vertical depending on whether the side menu is open or collapsed)

- Expand the side menu if it is collapsed
- Find the Calendar you would like to share. (Or make a new one) Outlook App Calendars are called Folders.
- Select the ellipsis (3 dots) next to the desired calendar
- Choose "Sharing and permissions"

- The Shared Calendar Properties window will open to the Permissions Tab.
- Select '+' to add a new person (not all email addresses will have calendar access)
- Enter the name or email address to provide access
- Select the desired level of access being shared
- Select 'Add'
- Sharing permissions can be added or edited at any time from the Shared Calendar Properties window
