Form Flow Forms on myCIA (JICS) can be scheduled to open and close. Older forms only had the option to set an end date. Today you can choose "No End Date"

1. Open the form to edit and select 'Form Settings'

2. Open the 'Settings' Tab

3. Set your display dates and messaging (if desired).
4. Save settings
