No modifications of a permanent nature are allowed. Only clear or off-white ticktack, blue painters tape, or 3M materials should be used to hang items on the walls. All rooms must be restored to their original condition at the end of each student’s residency. Please note that CIA does not endorse any of these products and student use them at their own risk of damage to walls. If damage occurs, the student is financially responsible and will be billed as part of the damage process. 

If hanging items on your door, residents may only post appropriate material for a diverse and respectful community. An RA or the HD may remove any inappropriate material when applicable. 

No items may be hung on the ceiling, window, or doorframe of a resident’s room.
