All students are issued College ID cards and are required to carry them at all times. Upon request, students are required to provide IDs to College officials, including Resident Assistants.

Students are not permitted to let others use their ID card for any purpose. Doing so is a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.

Students experiencing ID card access issues should visit the Facilities Office.

If you have lost your ID card, you must notify the Registrar's Office at [email protected] to begin the process of deactivating your card in order to prevent unauthorized use. If a card is stolen, Safety + Security should be notified as well.

ID cards can be replaced, for a fee, at Access Services in CWRU's Tinkham Veale Center. To begin the replacement process, students should first visit the CIA Registrar’s Office in Suite 120. Upon receiving a new ID card, students must visit the Facilities Office to reactivate their CIA access.
