The College reserves the right to notify a student’s parent, guardian, or emergency contact in health or safety emergencies. In accordance with federal legislation, the College may also contact parents or guardians of dependent students under the age of 21 who violate federal, state, or local law and/or the College’s policies that govern the use or possession of alcohol or controlled substances.
